Philippe has over twenty years of experience in corporate finance, working for leading financial institutions, most recently as Italy Country manager of CAPZA and previously as Founding partner of Emisys Capital and CEO of Mezzanove Capital.

Before he has been working for 7 years in Mediobanca as Head of Structured Financing dealing with leveraged finance, project finance e real estate finance; prior experiences were collected in Arca Merchant, Creditanstalt and Société Générale.

He graduated in Economics from the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC) in Paris.

Andrea has more than twenty years of experience in credit and corporate finance, most recently as a founding partner of Emisys Capital and CIO of Mezzanove Capital.

Before he has been working for 6 years in Mediobanca as Head of Credit analysis and Rating advisory. prior experiences were gained in Arthur Andersen, BP Amoco e Banco Ambrosiano Veneto.

He graduated in Business Administration with a postgraduate course in Corporate Tax Law, both at Bocconi University in Milan.

Riccardo has many years of private markets experience gained in the CAPZA investment team and previously in Emisys Capital Sgr.

He holds a Master of Science in finance from Bocconi University in Milan. 

Guido has many years of experience in the private market, having played different roles in the investment team of RiverRock Italia and VAM Investments Group. Previously, he gained an experience in M&A working for Mediobanca. After graduating in Economics, he obtained a Master of Science in Corporate Finance at the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.

Francesco has been Operations Manager and Deputy General Manager of ANIMA since 2019 and Operations Director of Anima Alternative. He also holds the position of director of Gestielle Investment Sicav and Monte Sicav.

Previously, from 2000 to 2018, he held various roles in Aletti Gestielle Sgr, first as Head of Risk Management, then as Deputy General Manager and finally as General Manager. Before that he was Head of Risk Control at Deutsche Bank and junior trader at the Cassa di Risparmio di Parma e Piacenza.

He authored many publications and papers about information technology and risk management. He has a degree in Economics from the University of Parma.

Andrea heads the Institutional and Wholesale Division of ANIMA Sgr and is Commercial Director of ANIMA Alternative SGR. He joined ANIMA (formerly Prima Sgr) in 2009 as Head of Relations with Institutional clients.

Since 2006 he has held the position of Head of institutional clients in Société Générale Asset Management Italia. Previously he was Head of research in Benchmark & ​​Style products. Graduated in Economics of Financial Institutions and Markets at Bocconi University in Milan, he completed his training with an advanced class in Global Asset Allocation from SDA Bocconi and an operational Master in Fee-only financial planning.

Chief Financial Officer and Head of HR for ANIMA Group since 2018, Davide has an extensive experience in the financial and asset management sector. Within ANIMA group, from 2010 to 2018, he was General Manager of ANIMA Asset Management Ltd (Ireland) and, from 2003 to 2010, General Manager of Antonveneta ABN AMRO Investment Funds Ltd (Ireland).
He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Luxembourg SICAVs Gestielle Investment Sicav and Monte SICAV as well as Director of the Irish SICAV ANIMA Funds Plc.
He has a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School.
